How
do I know your company is legitimate?
Good
question, and you should ask it of everyone you do business
with online. Here
are a few important questions to ask before dealing with any
business online:
Does
the company quickly respond to emails?
Does
the business accept credit cards? Companies out to get your
money and disappear often will not accept credit card payments.
They encourage you to send cash or money orders only. We accept
credit cards via PayPal's Secure Server, and we never have
access to your credit card information. Furthermore, to protect
you, we are a PayPal Verified Business Member, so you can
pay with confidence!
Check
with the Better Business Bureau!
You
should know that Membership in the Better Business Bureau
is quite costly and many businesses including us choose not
to become Members.
But
the Better Business Bureau can still give you an accurate
report on any business, whether they are Members or not.
To
determine whether a company has complaints filed against them,
you should contact the BBBOnLine.
Don't worry about whether a company is a Member. Instead,
avoid any business that has numerous or unanswered complaints
filed with the Better Business Bureau. Skilltrader LLC's report
with the Better Business Bureau should state that we are not
a member, and that we have no unanswered consumer complaints.
The fact that we are not a member does not in any way prevent
you from contacting the BBB for more information about us.
Additionally,
we are members of the World Wide Web Chamber of Commerce and
ePublicEye safe shopping site.
